My Story

Since childhood, I have always been fascinated with the human body and its dynamism.  This intrigue, at a very young age, inspired my commitment to a lifestyle that values health and fitness.  The credentials of a registered dietician provides not only a vehicle to whole health, but a skill set that helps facilitate opportunities for proactive health care and management.

Prior to founding a business in the wellness industry, I had a career as an industrial engineer and consulted in the private and non-profit sectors of the technical and banking industries.  I received my technical education from Purdue University and University of Arizona with a Bachelor's and Master's in Industrial Engineering respectively.  Fulfilling my desire to assist people with attaining and maintaining good health, I decided to transfer my problem-solving skills to the human body.  I completed my Neuromuscular Therapy training from Atlanta School of Massage and Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition at Life University. Being a massage therapist and having the opportunity to assist people who are challenged with incorporating healthy lifestyle choices, has been invigorating.  As a registered dietitian, I look forward to making a significant contribution toward the betterment of health for my friends, family, and community by helping them create the capacity to solve their own health challenges.  As a Certified Mercier Therapist, my goal is to assist women with overall optimal health, I am excited to provide this treatment protocol to aid women in relief of infertility challenges and pelvic pain. I am continuously excited to share over 20 years of life experiences and grateful to have a venue that can assist in the betterment of people’s lives.

Focus Areas

I specialize in metabolic health, weight management, and behavior-based nutrition counseling. My practice also emphasizes whole-body wellness—hydration, energy, and mindful eating—rooted in realistic change and self-awareness. As an industrial engineer and massage therapist as well as a registered dietitian, I focus on the systems behind health: how routines, environments, and mindset influence long-term outcomes.

Personal

I’m a Detroit native who learned early the value of community, hard work, and staying curious. I’m also a wife, mom, sister, and teacher at heart—someone who loves sharing what I learn if it can help someone else. Yoga, Peloton rides, and long walks keep me grounded. You’ll usually find me with a book in hand or in a kitchen experimenting with a new recipe.

Drive

I became a registered dietitian because I believe health shouldn’t be complicated or exclusive—it should be clear, empowering, and personal. My path through engineering, wellness, and nutrition taught me that sustainable health is built through understanding systems and honoring humanity. My work is driven by helping others discover their own rhythm of wellness, one that fuels their life instead of controlling it.
